Walk-in: You may order a certified copy of the birth record by coming into the Arkansas Department of Health’s vital records office. The office is located at 4815 West Markham St. Little Rock, AR 72205, across the street from War Memorial Stadium, and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. The office is closed on state holidays.
